How do I find land and have it surveyed?

I have a deed for 2 acres in the AZ desert, how do I find the location? Do I just hire a surveyor to meet me in the middle of the desert? How do I obtain an address?

It should have a permanent tax number and section #s. Once you get those Google earth it and then have a surveyor meet you. Good luck!
Reply:The county accessors office will have the information, a surveryor will also look up and locate the property.
Reply:You might start at the county recorder's office. They can at least give you an approximate location. If it's vacant land, there probably is no address yet assigned.
