Im buying a house and the survey is wrong i dont want the land now its worth 120,000 less what should i do?

Not sure what your question really is.

Did a survey show less property than you were led to believe or did an appraisal come in at a lower price? There should have been a clause in your contract with verbiage along the lines of "pending appraisal". If a survey shows less land than you were led to believe then it was fraudulent.

Have you considered lowering your offer?

Your question is unclear, but if you are not happy do not go through with the purchase.
Reply:get another appraisal
Reply:If you don't want it, then don't buy it.
Reply:Either re-negotiate a lower price or cancel the purchase agreement.
