Moving a trailer off my land?
have it moved and sue them for the costs. or, if it can be towed and you have a truck, move it to the public street and leave it.

Reply:why won't the court help you? All you have to do is file a civil suit, have them served and get the Judge to schedule a hearing. You can't just go to the Court house and ask someone to do the work for you. You have to hire an attorney, because I don't think this kind of suit fits under small claims, unless it is an eviction type thing.
Reply:Send them a registered letter telling them they have to move the trailer in 60 days and that storage is accumilating on a daily basis at $25 per day and if they want to protest you will need legal notice in ten days. Check your county laws on this matter. If they don't move it have it auctioned and hauled away.
Reply:That's amazing. You have a survey showing that their trailer is on your land, and yet they refuse to move it? Give them written notice that they have 30 days to remove the trailer, or you will dispose of it as you see fit. That means having a junk dealer tow it away. He may be willing to do it for nothing, as the trailer may have scrap value.
Reply:chase the coons out along with the rats and pull it to a remote location and burn that baby, they are claiming adverse position just by being there whilst you say nothing.
Reply:If the trailer is on your land you should be able to get an eviction notice of some type. Take them to magistrate court make them pay the court fee.
Reply:Call your local building department and ask!
Reply:It's your land. Call a scrap metal company that picks up and have it towed to the junk yard. You are the only one with rights in this situation so you can exercise those rights at will.
