distances are known and their bearings or azimuth are given, I would like to draw the lot plan.

A land survey is a specific document prepared by a surveyor. Surveyors are typically highly trained and educated. I can't tell you how to prepare a land survey because I don't know. I do know that unless you are a surveyor, what you are making is just a map.





And to make a map all you have to do is just draw lines of a specific length at a specific angle.
