We have a five acre land with one/two survey numbers which we want to partition between six persons

Pay a lawyer to file the appropriate paperwork to have the property deeded into the different portions.
Reply:The part of the survey Nos. can be mentioned as (P). in all the Partitions, since it is a Part of the particular survey No. divided into various Parts. These parts can easily be identified in to the Schedules containing the Boundaries of the Deed ( Document) and the field Map containing the Parts can also be made as as a Schedule to the Document in which each part can clearly earmarked.
Reply:You will need to sub-divide into 6 parcels and only can do that at the county land, zoning, planing office. Depending on what you are going to do with it or if you can do it at all. Zoning will depend on everthing. Some areas may require 1 acre or 5 for septic and in that case you would only get 1 or 5 parcels. Also some areas may not let you do it at all due to land density zoning like R-1 (residential 1-acre) Hope this helps.
