What does "reserved" mean on a land survey? It seems to pertain to land owned? by the homeowner association.

add to the answer above, the developer of the property can reserve any part for future build and or add another phase of the development.

What does "reserved" mean on a land survey? It seems to pertain to land owned? by the homeowner association.
it means that land is not to be sold/touched. or landscaped. perhaps it's a reserved natural resource. meaning. for wildlife only (rabbits, raccoons, etc).
