I need my land surveyed, but can not afford the expense. Can I survey my land myself. If so, is it legal & how

If the purpose of the survey is involved in a financial transaction, check to see if it will be accepted. If you are the seller and the surveyor as well, that's a conflict of interest.

If you just want to know where the boundaries are and how much land you have, sure, it's entirely legal there.

Even registered surveyors do make mistakes, but at least they are not involved in the financial transaction, whatever it is.

u can but it stand up in court , if it,s your land use your org. survey at purchase time
Reply:Are you a licensed surveyor?
Reply:In order to use the survey for any type of legal or financial contract you will most likely need it professionally surveyed by a licensed company.
