the two guys have no liscence, but their boss do.
If two non license guys ,do surveying on land in maine is it legal?
As long as their not trespassing they can as they are their employers agent working under his license.

I work for a large construction that employs I think 6 people for survey work they don't do property lines though. Just layout stakes for pipe and house lots in subdivison
